Next-generation Eternity Brushes - found in many Lamb® Vacuum Motor models - are an example of how Bison® contributes to new technology. This family of motors was designed to provide, on average, twice the lifespan of traditional straight brush counterparts. The value to the user can be seen in less downtime, reduced maintenance and a better overall cost and value.
Longer brushes mean more lifespan, but typically require more space. Curved brushes allow for more carbon in less space, enabling your design to be more compact. The curved brush allows Bison to increase the brush length by as much as 70 percent. The result is 2-3 times longer lifespan over traditional straight brushes for 1,500+ hours.

If the application requires more than 2,000 hours of use, then a brushless motor makes sense.
